How to get there

Athens International Airport is connected via the Suburban Rail to Larissis Station, Athens' central railway station. Metro Line 3 also runs to the airport and there are six public bus routes that serve Athens and Piraeus. Taxis are located next to Door 3 of the Arrivals level. Public transport around Athens is provided by metro, railway, trolley cars and buses. The subway system is one of the cheapest in Europe. Taxis are fairly inexpensive and widely available.
